We use targeted, low-toxicity formulations and advise clients to vacate the treated area for 2–4 hours after treatment. Once the product has dried and the area is aired, it is safe for residents including children and pets.

Treatment duration varies by service and property size. A standard cockroach or general pest treatment for a three-bedroom house typically takes 45–90 minutes. Termite soil treatment can take 3–6 hours. Fumigation requires 24–48 hours for the gas to clear.

Yes, some basic preparation is needed. For most treatments, we ask that you clear under sinks, remove items from kitchen cabinets near treatment areas, cover or remove food items and dishes, and ensure all family members and pets leave the premises during treatment.

This depends on the type and severity of your pest problem. Minor cockroach or general pest infestations often need just one or two treatments. Severe termite infestations or recurrent pest problems may require a scheduled maintenance program.

Yes. We provide a service guarantee for most pest treatments. If the problem persists after our recommended treatment, we will return for a follow-up visit at no additional cost.

Yes. Faman Services (Pvt) Ltd holds the Pest Control Licence (ROP/PCS/140), an Environment Protection Licence, and a Licence for Scheduled Waste Management. Our director and technicians are certified by the University of Peradeniya.

Yes. We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance contracts for both residential and commercial properties. Regular scheduled treatments are more cost-effective than reactive treatments.
